Engineer Lead

1. Lead and manage engineering operations across the plant, with a focus on design & installation of
electrical and mechanical systems.
2. Drive planning, execution, and supervision of equipment installations and strategic engineering
projects.
3. Ensure full compliance with all HSE regulations and internal housekeeping standards across the facility.
4. Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure optimal plant uptime and
functionality.
5. Oversee and manage project timelines for all plant installation and upgrade initiatives.
6. Train production and maintenance teams on safe and effective use of installed equipment and plant
systems.
7. Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for plant operations and
maintenance.
8. Maintain accurate records of plant maintenance activities, equipment breakdowns, and resolution
timelines.
9. Conduct routine inspections to monitor equipment performance, safety practices, and maintenance
needs.
10. Provide strategic engineering insights to support long-term operational efficiency and expansion plans.
11. Manage engineering-related budgets, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and installation practices.
12. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including plant uptime, installation timelines, and
HSE compliance.
