The run up to Christmas is inevitably a very busy time of the year for everyone, but it’s also a time of reflection on the last 12 months. I would personally like to take this opportunity to genuinely thank all our temporary staff for all their hard work and commitment during 2019. You’ve been there, rain or shine, through the night, early mornings and late nights. Therefore, thank you for all your hard work and support.

Taking a closer look at Stanley Staff, I can say that we achieved a 92% success rate in placing the right candidates in the right jobs within the right time. With very high levels of employment, currently 76% according to latest data from the Office of National Statistics and low unemployment at 3.8% it is an ongoing challenge to match skilled candidates to fulfil job vacancies.

We look forward to 2020 with a true sense of hope and optimism, now that the Brexit issue seems to be less clouded and confused after the recent General Election.
