Our client, a country house hotel in the heart of Cheshire are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team.
About the role:
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for running the kitchen and managing other members of the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
In return they offer a company benefit scheme, 28 days annual holiday a year and discounted hotel stays. Full uniform is also provided. £22 – £24K salary depending on experience. Live in available if required.
