Our History
Stanley Staff was established in 1965 in Stanley Place, Chester, moving to Ellesmere Port in the early seventies. Rapid expansion has continued over the years and, as a result, we are now located in larger offices in Ellesmere Port.
We supply temporary, permanent and contract personnel within the categories of Scientific, Commercial, Industrial, Technical and Executive disciplines and operate a 24-hour call-out service, 365 days of the year, which enables many industries in the area to maintain their 24-hour production lines.
Our client base encompasses the entire North West region and we pride ourselves on being a strong, local and dependable agency that has a speed of response which is second to none.

Stanley Staff was the first employment agency in 1990 in the U.K. to gain accreditation to ISO 9001 through the British Standards Institution; we hold the highly acclaimed Investors in People award, achieved in a record time of three months in 1996. The company is also a member of the industry’s governing body The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC).
